The other post has a problem. I’m looking for someone to clean my outdoor deck with something like Cabot’s deck clean. Approx 9x4 metres. Section of deck exposed to elements need to have a light sand. Need the deck re-oiled with 2 coats of natural oil (I can supply). In between drying after wash and between drying of the 2 coats, would like a small bathroom ceiling and walls painted. Best to just quote for 1 full day 8 hours and we can use for other touch ups where time allows. Will need someone to bring pressure hose, brushes, applicator for oil, any tape for edges etc, Must have experience in deck maintenance. I have 2 rental properties also so looking for a reliable person as previous maintenance person has retired. Thank you. Paint this small ceiling section above the bottom section of my stairs white. Had slight water damage. May require slight sand before hand. I put a layer of paint on it but was accidentally put the wall colour on the ceiling as it was at night. Touch up 2 small areas on living room wall where photo were hung. Looking for experienced person to clean and reapply clear natural decking oil to an existing deck 9x4 metres. Most of the deck is undercover and in excellent condition. The small section outside might need light sand. Deck will need to be cleaned and two coats applied. We can supply the oil but you will need to have the applicator, brushes and tape to make sure doesn’t go on walls. Looking for someone who does this regularly. We have an old bathroom that has terrible ventilation. We have mould on the ceiling and possibly in the roof above, it also has leaked into the skirtings in the bedroom next to it so we want to know if there is mould in there.
