I had a split system AC removed leaving behind 2 small holes in the internal brick work which needs plastering. I will also require the affected wall areas to be repainted. (I will supply the paint). A small area of cornice work has also come away from the wall leaving a gap which I would also like fixed. Please quote to include wall preparation for painting (I will provide sugar soap for this) and 2 coats of paint for surfaces in need of painting - Due date: Flexible

We have two internal bedrooms (4.3 x 4.3) and (4.9 x 4.3) which we have gyprocked and flushed. We just need the cornicing installed. The cornicing is 120mm v 130mm and is plaster. We can be around on the day to assist with lifting and holding if needed as the cornicing pieces are up to 5.4m long. Materials provided, tools needed!
