Looking for professional painters to paint the white walls of our apartment. Please note that only the internal walls of the apartment and the ceiling requires painting - the exterior walls along the balcony are floor to ceiling windows and do not need to be painted. We also require all skirting boards to be painted. We expect the painters will: - supply our chosen paint at cost using trade account - sand all the walls to remove excess dirt etc - paint large pillar in main living room (upper left hand corner of floor plan) - bonus if you can help cover a small bit of wall that peeled off due to a dodgy glue on wall hook installed by a tenant

I require a professional painter to paint the walls inside my apartment. The apartment is unfurnished. We need walls painted for living room, hallways and 2 small bedrooms only. You will require your own painting tools and drop cloths. Paint can be purchased by myself.

Includes (as pictured): 1 x apartment entry door and door frame 1 x loungeroom 1 x hall way 1 x kitchen 1 x laundry (inc. door and door frame) 1 x bedroom (inc. door and door frame) 1 x bathroom door and door frame (excluding internal bathroom walls) Door frames are metal and there is noticeable cracking on existing paint which will need to be scrapped off and resealed and painted. There is also minor wall cracking in a handful of locations which will need to be filled in. In loungeroom area, patching will also need to be completed (as pictured). Apartment to be sold - looking to complete this job ASAP. All services and materials must be provided by the contractor and included in the price. Optional but not essential: Reseal kitchen sink and seal along kitchen wall. - Due date: Before Sunday, 14 January 2024
