The laminate includes some flat pieces as well as cabinet doors, I would like the front and back done of all the laminate. The cabinet doors will need to be taken off and put back on. They have small splits/damage which I think can just be painted over as is. I would also love to have the skirting board included. Approx measurements of the area have been included.

Vacated apartment that needs paint touch ups around the place before rented out. The main issue is a streak on a ceiling after the removal of a floor to ceiling plant. I have original paint to use. I’d imagine at most 3 hour job.
