I’m getting my apartment ready to rent out and looking for an experienced painter to give it a fresh, professional repaint throughout. It’s a ~60m² one-bedroom apartment with a small study and in need of some prep and finishing touches to bring it up to a clean, consistent standard. Details: Areas to paint: • Living/dining/kitchen area (white, with neat trimming around an existing yellow feature wall — feature wall to stay as is) • 1 large bedroom • 1 small study (includes pocket doors) • Bathroom walls • Laundry 4-panel folding door • Bedroom door (has chipped paint that needs sanding and repainting) • Hallway and linen cupboard doors for consistency in look Prep work: • Light sanding and smoothing where needed • Patching small areas that have been plastered but not painted (e.g. around the air conditioning unit) • Filling and touching up minor chips and scuffs across walls and doors Paint and materials: Supplied: • 4L “So Fresh and So Clean – Wall” paint from Tint (can purchase more based on your advice) • Tint paint accessory kit (rollers, brushes, tray, etc.) • Extension pole • Painter to bring any additional tools, filler, sanding gear, and drop sheets as needed. Timing: Hoping to have the work completed just before Christmas (mid to late December 2025) once I’ve had a chance to move most things out. Painting 2 apartment doors (external side only)along with door frame

Hello! Looking for a painter to PRIME ONLY (no painting) the ceiling of our apartment. It’s a 2 bedroom apartment but one of the bedrooms doesn’t need priming, neither does the bathroom. Only entry, 1 bedroom, corridor, kitchen and living room (see floorplan in the photos, green area). There is some plastering patching required in the ceiling as well (see photos) I can provide the primer if you want, or you can get it but it must be low VOC. I also have joint compound for the patching of the plaster. Job is in Sydney CBD, Sussex street, but have parking onsite. Most of the walls have already been painted so it has to be a very clean and neat job please. Thank you! Edit to add: also painting 4 internal doors (including taken them off the hinges and putting them back, but we can help with this if needed). Paint for this will be provided.

Paint a two bedroom apartment including a bathroom and a lounge

I have a 2 bedroom apartment that I live in. I would like to sand the floors back. They were painted white 5 years ago. I would like the sealer to be the Bona Traffic HD raw so that it looks as close to natural as possible. I live in this apartment so ideally doing this job in two sections moving all furniture into my bedroom and completing the rest of the apartment and then moving furniture out and completing the bedroom. I will move the furniture myself. Thank you

I just leased a new unit and it’s really run down. The walls need a good clean and there’s some minor repairs needed like 2 door knobs, skirt by board fixed and some paint for the edges of the cabinets. Needs a general spruce up

Need my living room walls painter and my hallway Had paintings so needs patching

I’m looking to have a one bedroom apartment painted before I move into it. Need the rooms colour matched to the current white colour, and have one wall painted in a darker grey colour as a feature wall. Not painting the ceilings or the bathroom. Living area/ bedroom/ hallway/ kitchen surrounds. Needs to be done this Monday, please don’t bid if you aren’t available Monday 10 November.

Need apartment painted before moving in, ideally during second week of November. The walls are in very good condition but picture hook walls need plastering. Also need skirting boards painted. Hi! I’m moving into a small apartment in Naremburn and would like to have the walls painted white. The living area (around 3.7 x 3.5m) includes a hallway of about 2m that’s part of the same space, so that wall needs to be painted too. The bedroom is around 3.7 x 3.35m. Most walls are grey, and there’s one small brown wall in the bedroom. Only the walls need painting — not the ceiling. Kitchen and bathroom will stay as they are. Please bring all materials, including paint and tools.

I’ve done three coats on ceiling in my apartment. I’m not fast enough by myself to not get lap marks. Even tried rolling to light source, across light source etc. need a pro to come finish the job. Using Dulux Ceiling Paint - natural white tint. One continuous ceiling. Not doing bathrooms. No furniture in working area. Drop sheets down.

We need to paint the walls and skirtings (not including the ceiling) of an approximately 90sqm two bedroom apartment. Everything needs painting apart from the bathrooms. There are also a few things to patch up, very minor mostly, an example is in the photos. We have 15L of the white paint. Everything else would need to be supplied. The unit is completely empty. Some minor painting is required in our apartment after renovation works, as follows: 1) Painting of the hallway ceiling to paint over evenly an area revealed by new light fitting installation (area of 4m x 1m of ceiling, not just painting over unpainted plaster please). Filling of holes, sanding them two coats of ceiling white; 2) Repainting a closet door, 2.1m high by 0.44m wide with water based enamel (to fix up work done by another painter). Sanding of door and at least two coats are needed. 3) Removal of sliding door track in kitchen and painting of wall in kitchen, filing of holes, sanding then two coats of paint. Area needing painting is approx 1.5m wide by 2.4m high. All paint and painting equipment supplied, including brushes, drop sheets, step ladder etc.
