2br apartment (approx 80 sqm interior foot print) needs a fresh coat of paint before move in. This includes ceiling, walls, and baseboards. There are built in cupboards in the bedrooms where the back wall also needs painting. The bathrooms are tiled up to the ceiling. The wall colors are currently white and the new color will be similar. Please see picture for floor plan.
