Looking for a local gardener to tidy up our property in Green Point. This is a one-off job to start, but we're keen to keep someone on for regular mowing and gardening if the work is good. Scope: • Front lawn: Mow and edge, including the sloped section and around the large tree. • Side and back fence lines: Cut back long, overgrown grass and weeds along the Colorbond fences. This is thick and knee-high in places, so a brushcutter is needed. • Side path: Remove weeds from the concrete cracks and along the house wall. • Pool area: Remove weeds from the brick paver joints, mainly along the back fence line. Please hand-pull or use spot treatment only near the pool, with no spray drifting or running into the water. Then • Green waste: Take away all clippings and weeds that does not fit in the green bin. The property is flat, easy to access and a straightforward job.
