We are a small complex of 5 units and require regular frequency services involving: (1) lawn mowing (with catcher - clippings can be disposed in green bin on site); (2) all grass edges abutting concrete surfaces and garden edges trimmed; (3) all hard surfaces blown clean (hard surfaces include: council footpath at front of property, driveway, and all common area balconies - which includes the ground floor and first floor balconies - and the stairwell). The lawn is predominantly buffalo grass. THIS IS A REGULAR JOB (PLEASE DO NOT QUOTE FOR A ONCE-OFF JOB!!!): During the summer months, we require service once per fortnight. During spring/autumn months, we require service once every three weeks. During winter months, we require service once per month. That is, approximately 17 services per year. The chosen contractor will need to provide evidence of public liability insurance. OUR BUDGET PER CUT IS $75.00 - quotes over this amount will be declined. The grassed area is very small - approx. 80sqm in total, flat land - the only obstruction is the hills hoist clothes in the back yard (takes about 15 mins to cut). However, there are plenty of hard surfaces to blow and edges to cut (about half hour of edges and blowing - if done to an acceptable standard). Our current contractor does the total job (lawns/edges/blowing) in about half an hour.
