I would like you to replicate the setup seen on the left side of the image (next to the patio). The area is bordered with timber surrounding soil and small stones, filling the gap between the soil and the concrete slab. The same needs to be done on the right side, as you can see, which currently doesn't have the same setup. Essentially, you’ll need to create a timber border around the soil, then add the small stones, filling in the space between the grass and the concrete. This should help match the look and function of the left side. I'm open to other suggestions to solve the soil erosion problem.
