I have a big backyard around 225 Sqm which needs levelling. There is some grass and some bamboo that needs to be removed too. The access to the backyard is through garage door which is 800mm wide so will only fit a dingo unless you want do it with a wheel barrow. We have a beautiful blue moon Rose that needs a professional prune. I’ve been trying to do it for a couple of years and it just doesn’t look right. We also had mulch spread throughout our front garden a couple of years ago that made it so much easier to maintain. It’s now starting to thin out and weeds are growing. Remove old soil of the garden bed,Once excavation is done, existing base should be as evenly as possible., the yard should be nice and very levelled ( or spread evenly garden bed soil in the area to be levelled ) And the are is 10m long and 1.6m width. Location is Murrumbeena. I will clean and remove all the plants and shelves before start work.

Remove around 0.5 m3 (my best guess) of soil from front garden. Good condition soil needs to be taken away. Soil was scraped from our side path. Now located in front of house for easy access for a Ute/trailer.

I need someone to clean windows - outside only. It’s a single level house, easy access to all the windows. It’s an old house, so windows are no very big.
