Work includes: * Thoroughly weed all garden beds — approximately 50 sqm in total * Weed/tidy side path and other paved/gravel areas * Light pruning and general garden tidy * Remove one small tree stump/trunk, approx. 10 cm diameter — I would like this dug out including the main root ball using a mattock/crowbar, not just cut off at ground level * Mulch garden beds after weeding — approximately 50 sqm * Rejuvenate approximately 120 sqm of Sir Walter buffalo lawn: * remove/treat winter grass and other weeds using buffalo-safe products * lightly aerate/spike compacted or thin areas * fertilise for spring growth * Remove all garden waste and leave areas tidy No mowing or lawn edging required. We're after installation of timber edging, weed mat at the bottom, crushed rock and then topping all compacted down. We have mixed soil that needs to be removed. There are 2 separate piles, which will need to be wheelbarrowed out to a skip from the back. Please see 2 photos showing the separate piles and one photo showing a broader view of the larger pile.
