Area Measurements: * Side Yard 1: 14 × 2.6 m (36.4 m²) * Side Yard 2: 14.7 × 1.79 m (26.31 m²) * Backyard: 4.6 × 4 m Scope of Work: * Install 1200 × 600 × 18 mm porcelain tiles in a zigzag pattern along both side yards, as per attached designs. * Install black and white decorative pebbles around the tiles. * Install suitable edging/trims to separate and secure tiles and pebbles. * Lay tiles along the Hebel wall and decking edge in the backyard. * Cut tiles neatly around drainage pipes, corners and existing fixtures. * Complete final levelling, compaction, bedding and secure installation. I have small section of rocks (~2m in diameter) which is kinda coming off, I need them to be removed and moved(roughly around 10ft away). Once the rocks are moved , remove excess soil and level to interlock next to it (move excess soil ~ 10ft away) Wheel barrow, shovel, garden folk will all be provided.
