Hey everyone! We're looking for a house cleaner, starting with one clean this week. If it goes well, we'd love to book the same person again on a regular basis. We have an awesome cordless Dyson V15 you can use, as well as all necessary cleaning chemicals, cloths and brushes. We live in a small 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home in Brunswick. We often all work from home. When that happens, you won't need to clean any of the 3 bedrooms. But on days we're at work and our rooms are vacant, we'd appreciate a dust and vacuum. The rooms that need cleaning are: 1 Kitchen 1 Living room 1 Bathroom 1 Hallway (especially dust on picture rails and skirting boards) 3 Bedrooms: vacuum and dust, only when housemates are at work Until now, my 4 housemates and I have done the cleaning, and I'm trying to introduce the idea of having a cleaner come in. Please make an offer for a clean this week. Look forward to hearing from you! Thanks, Josh PS - you're welcome to bring your own supplies if you want, but we have stuff too if you need. Regular house cleaning for three bed house. We keep it pretty clean but things like oven, kitchen and laundry cupboard doors, mopping, skirting boards, dusting, showers end up getting less attention than I'd like. So the cleaning task would be doing these things plus vacuuming, bathroom sinks and toilets, mopping bathroom and laundry floors, mopping wooden floors. I want someone reliable and trustworthy who can come at least once a fortnight. I will pay you $60 an hour and expect the job will take at least 3 hours of continuous work and would prefer someone working independently rather than paying a company who takes half of your wages. We have a cat, in case that is relevant for allergies. Type of clean: Regular Number of bedrooms: 3 Number of bathrooms: 2 Equipment and supplies: I can provide

Hey Airtaskers! We're looking for a regular house cleaner. We have an awesome cordless Dyson V15 you can use.
As well as all necessary cleaning chemicals / cloths / brushs. We live in a small 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home on Evans St Brunswick. We often all work from home. When that happens you won't need to clean any of the 3 bedrooms. But on days they're vacant we appreciate a dusk & vacuum. The rooms that do need regular cleaning are the: 1 Kitchen 1 Living 1 Bathroom 1 Hallway (especially DUST on picture rails + skirting boards) Until now, my four housemates and I have done the cleaning on a rotating 2 week schedule. It takes us 3-4 to clean depending on how quick / thorough each person is and how many bedrooms are vacant. I am trying to introduce the idea of having a regular cleaner come in. This will be our 1st time. My hope is that - If all goes well, my housemates will see the benefit of having someone good come in consistently.
Please let me know your pricing for a 1 time clean VS a regular cleaning schedule every 2 weeks? Look forward to hearing from you! Thanks, Josh
