Replace tap washers in leaking taps in my unit. Assess broken aluminium windows as see if they can be repaired.

This is old building from 1936. The unit has a small bathroom window that’s been stuck for as long as I lived here. It might be painted shut, unclear. I’m looking for a handy person with the appropriate tools to open it, without damaging the frame too much, and hopefully without breaking the glass. Damaging the paint is okay. Not sure what’s a fair standard quote for the task, I’m willing to discuss the price.

Hi There, I need a thin bathroom window replaced. It is an older apartment building with thin bathroom windows that open out on a hinge. The frame attached to the house is fine, however the frame that the window sits in needs to be replaced. This will make more sense by looking at the images. The bathroom is on the ground floor and has easy access. The inner frame is 1450mm long by 530 high. Can I please have a quote? Unsure of price ect so don't pay too much attention to budget. Cheers.

3 x Sash windows have these old locking device which had a ‘pin’ through it to lock. They have been attached with one way screws- think they need to be carefully angle grinded off. Care needs to be taken to not break window glass and with surrounding wood.

Few varied jobs needed. Mostly looking for plasterer who does clean work and can leave paintable surfaces for me that are free of awful visible plaster lines. 1) Re-plastering of a roof, roof is currently spackled with some cracks. Open to suggestion for best way to manage a nice looking new roof (even if it needs to be a "false roof" on top of what's already there) 2) Adding new ceiling cornices after taking down old ones. 3) Filling in a kitchen/dinning "pass through" window visible in picture 4) Creating a new door + filling in the old door space to a bedroom. Please note that it's a double brick home, will likely have brick half way up the inside of the wall where the new door will need appropriate tools. Open to quotes for specific jobs in the list or to handle the whole lot. Qualified and able to demonstrate some previous work that you have completed please. Will not be considered otherwise

A guest has tried to use the blinds on the skylight and has pulled on side off. The screw now slips straight out of the hole so will need to be redone. Would also like the opposite side checked to make sure it sturdy as there has been some paint fall from that side since the incident. You will need a ladder to reach the affected area.
