I need a lock in the window unlock and replaced.

The job is at first floor level inside and exterior will need to be accessed. The weather has got into the frame and swollen the steel and a couple of spots, I think the glass has to be removed but they're only small panes of about 1 m meter. We are having scaffolding erected at the front of the house soon to complete another job so hopefully you can use that to access the exterior.

The wooden beads of the window frames on the outside need replacing. Once these are replaced all the external windows frames will need sanding back and resealing.
