Require various tasks to be completed in order to get house ready for selling. Just odd jobs around the place like patching up some ceilings, installing some architraves around a doorway, repair repairing hinge on garage door etc I have a list of items to complete

Finger print door lock has been installed but the screw that stores the battery will not unscrew.

There are about 12 holes that need to be patched up and fixed don’t need to wait to dry and sand doesn’t need to be perfect just covered and it will need plaster sheet behind the holes.

Experienced gardener wanted to undertake a range of maintenace tasks on an acreage property for two days. Only need fitting, wall controlled not remote, fans with lights and will need a baton in ceiling to hang. Please supply genuine quotes and not top off quotes. I had 3 fans fitted in the bedrooms a year ago that took only 3 hours to complete. I think $150 per hour is a fair price. If not looks like I will have to do myself. Old saying if you want a job done right you have to do it yourself.
