I am looking to have a new internal door installed in an internal bathroom in my home in Wandi, Perth. I am looking for a professional finish that matches the existing doors in the house (as seen in the attached photo). The wall needs to be cut out, and most likely propped up as it is load bearing, framed out and then the door installed with handles included, and tidied up afterwards. We're happy to paint the door and frames, but please quote the cost of this also.

I am looking for a detail-oriented handyman or carpenter to install a 5.17m shade sail onto a single-leaf cored brick wall. 1. Hang 70x45 H3 pine batten on the top [under fascia]using Chemset mesh anchors. 2. 4 x small sections of battens to the bottom. Also fixed with chemical anchors. 3. Fix black Sail Track to the top batten. 4. Fix square eye plates to the bottom batten sections. 5. Thread shade cloth through the Sail Track. 6. Attach turnbuckles to the bottom batten sections eye plates. 7. Tension up. I will have all material ready to go.

Install shower screen in bathroom It has a frame and 1 door - 900x900x2000

I'm having some issues with the side door to the back garden. The colour bond door's lock/bolt is broken, and the screws seem too small for the door panel. This will need either bigger screws or some sort of welding to fix the bolt onto the door frame again. I'll also need a latch/hook installed on the side wall to keep the door open when needed.

Need toilet roll holder replaced with identical one (already have it), double towel rail either fixed or replaced as it keeps falling off as soon as any pressure is put on it, but will need to be cut to size as it’s a bit less than the standard 630mm size. Also 2 curtain rods installed, one rod I have for the bigger window, however I need advice on what to get as the standard sizes are too large (it’s a 950mm window opening) for the second window, so likely someone that can cut a standard one to size so I can hang eyelet curtains on them.
