I’m looking for a qualified plumber or experienced bathroom installer to replace my old vanity with a new one of the same size (750 mm). The job includes removing and disposing of the old vanity, installing the new unit, and changing the old two separate taps to a single mixer tap. A new 750 × 750 mm shaving cabinet also needs to be mounted above the vanity. The existing power point will stay in the same spot, but a neat cutout or hole is needed in the back of the cabinet to fit around it. In addition, three floating shelves and a towel rail need to be installed. All items are already purchased and ready for installation. Please make sure all work is done neatly and professionally, with proper sealing and cleanup. If you are not a qualified plumber, please don’t offer, I will kindly ask for proof of qualification before proceeding.

It seems that Rollers of Sliding Door needs replacement because the door isn't moving smoothly and I can definitely see that one roller is out. Please quote price of spare parts and labour cost. I also need additional quote for replacement of channel separately because the house is quite old.
