Find an experienced handyman in Surrey Hills

I have a six zone garden irrigation system, split into two 3x manifolds (hopefully that terminology makes sense). One zone is not activating correctly, which I think is a wiring issue rather than a blockage, but I’m not 100%. Pictures attached.

The horizon treadmill 7.4AT-03 is new and is in the box still. The matrix cxp spin bike is already set up but it is a bit too wobbly and needs a service or something. Also the console turns off as soon as you stop pedaling for a second. I need someone who can service the bike and install the treadmill, so you need to be familiar with these machines rather than being a handyman but no specific experience. We need someone to inspect and identify the cause of the leaks, then repair approximately six leaking points (including one in the garage) that have caused eave rot. Replace the rotten wooden strips with new ones—similar wooden strips will need to be provided. Additionally, secure any loose strips to prevent them from falling apart

Remove the existing Strathco garden shed from Canterbury and reinstall in Surrey Hills on the concrete base (need to prepare in concrete base before installation) garden shed is W 900X L2800 X H 3000mm,

The sliding gate comes off the position easily, due to minimum contact between the roller guide & the gate, as shown in the photo.

Installation of easyshed on base. I will be there to help. Flexible with day. Good access at rear of property.

Needs repair the wall crack. Remove mortar and put helical bar inside Steel Lintel needs to be replaced

Install child safety gate on top of my stair way. Before drilling, must ensure there are studs to support both sides of the wall.

My fibre optic Xmas tree stopped working. It is not the light bulb, but the little motor that powers the light and spinning colour disc. Any electrical types who understand the circuitry interested in fixing this?

I moved a shed from our previous house, so it is mostly assembled. Currently sitting in about 6 pieces. 4 walls and 2 roof pieces. I need it reassembled and bolted / anchored to the new concrete slab. Also to fix a few loose rivets from when it was moved. It's an Easy Shed Tall Gable Roof Garden Shed 3.00m (w) x 1.50m (d) x 2.27m I also need a small dog door installed in a hollow core laundry door, so the doggy door will need to be reinforced around the edges when the doggy door is installed. Put cat door in window. Build netted in area on verandah. Have small door in netting to reach into to change cat litter.

We are needing two ceiling fans installed. Replacing existing lights. The ceiling is concrete, as we are on the ground floor of a two story apartment building. We also need 2 power points installed on wall. (Brick) We will supply the fans. Qualified electricians only please.

Casement window won't shut since we moved in. Reason is the window sash lock(2nd picture) was set too high so when closing it hits the locking mechanism (3rd picture). Happy to fix any means possible so long as window closes. At the moment it leaves a small gap. Please quote me your offer - I'm happy to pay good money so long as you can fix it.

Front wire door needs new material / wire applied to entire door to fix hole in bottom right corner. Please see photos.

Bolts attaching gate to brick wall snapped. Need new bolts installed and gate straightened. Where the timber attaches to the brick wall is where they’ve snapped.
