The jobs include: Hanging a medium-sized mirror in the laundry (above/behind the sink) Hanging a few smaller pictures throughout the house I’d like someone who can measure, level, and place everything correctly so it’s positioned evenly and looks balanced in the space. Ideally looking for someone who can complete this within the next week or so.

Twin front pedestrian steel gates no longer close and latch properly because the gap between the two brick side pillars has reduced by approx 10mm at the top vs the bottom due to street tree roots. Hinges can no longer be adjusted to accommodate. Would therefore like the RHS gate to be modified so as to reduce its width by ~10mm. This will involve cutting this amount off each of nine internal 10mm steel rods and the top and bottom frame, grinding back the stumps, re-welding the shortened rods back to the gate frame, and re-Installing to ensure normal gate and latch operation. Owner will re- paint as required.

I need a proper external lock installed on my timber gate in Subiaco so I can open and lock it from both sides (like a normal external door). Job includes: • removing the existing latch • installing a deadlock or gate lockset (key both sides) • drilling/chiselling the mortice in the gate • fitting the striker plate into the brick pier • making sure the gate closes smoothly • sealing any old screw holes Gate is solid timber and easy to access from both sides (photos attached). I can supply the lock (Lockwood 355 or similar), or you can supply one.

I need 3 benchtop sections joined. It is a U-shaped kitchen and the cupboards are all installed and levelled. Two mason's mitres are required plus a butt join on a longer section. Underneath will ideally require benchtop joiners (joiner's screw) to be routed in. There is an option to do the cutouts for the sink and hob, but not critical.
