Scope of works: * Repair 4 electrical wall chases (2 hallway, 2 lounge) for new wall lights. * Repair additional electrical chases for newly installed power points (approximately 1–3, to be confirmed). * Patch and fill openings from removed power points and a Telstra socket. * Repair plaster around newly installed switches, dimmers and other electrical fittings where required. * Make good any additional minor wall damage caused by electrical installation. * Smooth, feather and sand all repaired areas to match existing plaster, ready for painting. The property has traditional plastered walls, so experience working with older Federation homes would be preferred. I need help hanging up a mirror on a wall that is gyprock

I have removed a mirror in my bathroom. I need somebody to replace the cornice and repair the plaster on the wall. The leak source has been identified and fixed. Job involves patching the wall, replacing/repairing the cornice, setting and sanding ready for painting. Price is very flexible. Happy to pay more for competent plasterers/handymen.

I’m renovating a property and for part of the renovation I would like to build a small stud wall (maybe 1.6 meters long and 2-3 meters high) to fill in part of the verandah.
