Looking for an experienced installer to remove my existing bath screen and supply and install a new sliding screen over the bathtub. The setup: bath sits in an alcove with a tiled hob on both sides and tiled walls to ceiling. There's currently a single frameless fixed glass panel at one end attached to another panel which moves and allows entering the bathtub, which needs to come out. I'm after a 4-panel configuration to replace it — fixed panel at each end, two sliding panels in the centre, running on top and bottom tracks. Photos attached, including one with the layout marked up. Open to your recommendation if a different configuration suits the opening better. Scope: Removal - Remove and dispose of the existing frameless glass panel and its wall channel - Cut out and clean off all old silicone - Fill any redundant fixing holes in the tiles ————— Supply and install - Measure the opening on site and source a screen to suit - Supply the screen: Grade A safety glass compliant with AS 1288 - Mount wall channels into existing tiles without cracking them - Fit top and bottom tracks to the tiled hob, level and plumb - Hang and adjust sliding panels so they run smoothly and close square - Silicone seal externally with neutral-cure mould-resistant silicone, leaving the internal base so water drains back into the bath - Clean up and remove all glass, packaging and offcuts from site Please include in your quote: - Removal, supply and labour itemised separately - Brand/model of screen and glass thickness, plus finish options (I'm interested in matte black) - Warranty on the product and the installation - Whether you're licensed and insured - Any photos similar screen installs you've done would be great - Lead time and availability If you'd like to inspect and measure before quoting, let me know and we'll arrange a time.

I’m looking for an experienced glazier or shower-screen installer to install a new Acqua Bathrooms two-panel semi-frameless wall-to-wall sliding shower screen in my bathroom in Concord (border of Burwood). Easy underground parking is available. The wall-to-wall opening is approximately 165 cm wide and the shower screen is approximately 200 cm high. The new glass panels, frame, hardware and installation screws supplied in the box are ready for installation. I've got an aluminium framed sliding shower screen that's come off the rollers. We've removed the door and tried reinstalling it but it still won't slide. I think it needs new rollers or an adjustment rather than replacing the whole shower screen.
