I believe it needs vavle clearances, cam tensioner/ top end adjustment as the engine rattles and missfires when the engine is at low rpm around 800. If I adjust the throttle to 2000+ it goes away. The speedo and tacho and also sticking. And im not happy with the clutch as it has aftermarket short levers that doesn't give you much play. Ideally i would like someone to help teach me how to do this maintenance and I can help out. - if it can be done one weekend. Otherwise im after someone to make her sound and feel sweet. Minor home maintenance tasks at a 3 bed 1 bath 2 garage home in aberfoyle park: Door handle in toilet needs tightening. Flyscreen in sunroom needs replacing. Gutters near front door and down the side are sagging, need a clean and rehang of some sections. Overflow of gutters happening near full rainwater tank, needs to be diverted when tank is full instead of backing up into the roof gutters. Assemble chin up bar in back yard. Tidy and put away old bbq in back yard. Get rid of old hot water tank in back yard. Remove two small feral gums. I'm happy to hire a rubbish skip if needed. Measure up new outside clothes line attached to wall and install it. Replace TV with new TV that is in the garage. The new 65 inch TV and bracket (in case the current bracket is incompatible) is in the garage. The old TV can please be disposed of at the Harvey Norman bin in Noarlunga or another similar bin. Add a wheel to the driveway gate to allow smooth operation. The driveway has shifted and is causing scraping currently. The bathroom (not toilet) storm shutter rolls up? It needs a screw or rivet I believe. The cooktop has one burner that is not lighting.
