Square set ceiling detail to 4 bed home. Existing cornice has been removed and plasterboard has been scraped flat. Wall troweling and patching in selected areas.

I have 3 internal doors that need to be trimmed down and reinstalled after we had new carpet placed which is a bit too high for the current swing of the door. Will need your own tools as mine haven't been strong enough.

Need to repair 3 Roller blinds in the house. 2 needs stopper 1 need to be reinstalled as it has fallen off the bracket. I have the blind and roller intact though.

1. Replace 5 Door Handles Remove 5 existing door handles and replace them with new Ikonic Sira Matte Black sets (1 x Passage Set, 3 x Privacy Sets, 1 x Entry Set). Note: The existing holes in the doors are smaller than required for the new locks. Appropriate tools will be needed to enlarge and adjust the door holes to fit the new hardware securely. 2. Relocate/Fix Towel Hook Remove the loose towel hook. Drill a new hole to securely mount the hook into a sturdier position. Fill the previous hole neatly with plaster/filler. 3. Repair and Fix Toilet Paper Holder Remove the loose toilet paper holder. Fix the damaged/cracked plaster. Re-secure the holder so it is firm and stable. Sliding door is not locking well. Need someone to check if it can be repaired or needs replacing.

The chain pulley came off my blinds, no matter how hard I’ve tried I can’t get it back on. Will need to put the blind back in the little slots on either side as it’s fallen down and currently just propped up. Can’t imagine you’ll need tools, just a bit more strength and height than me!

We have a large hills hoist clothesline in our backyard that we need removed. It is on the grass, but I no idea if it’s concreted in underneath. We would also like the surrounding bricks/tiles removed along with the clothesline.
