Hi I need someone to look after the small deck in my investment property in Grandview estate near Mt Atkinson/Rockbank area. Deck was new and painted well like 1.5 years ago. So it needs redo oil or paint again. I would need someone to look after it for ongoing arrangements. I have attached the current condition photo alongside two more photos when it was brand new just for you to get an idea. I did it oiling by myself at that time but now I’m not in Victoria, so need someone to do it for me. I will not provide anything in regards to the work that needs to be carried out.
