Looking for someone experienced with plaster and general wall/door repairs to repair multiple damaged areas around the house. There are: * A couple of larger holes in plaster walls * Several smaller holes, dents and gouges in the walls * Chipped/damaged paint on a door and door frame, as pictured * A few additional small areas not pictured Looking to have everything properly repaired, filled and sanded smooth. Ideally looking for someone who can also paint/touch up the repaired areas so everything is finished neatly.

I have a single story house. I want to install three pendant lights, one chandelier and one fan. 1. Install three pendent lights on kitchen bench top, which has three light sockets and switch. 2. Install chandelier on dinning table which doesn’t have light socket and switch. 3. Fresh installation on Fan. Does not have socket and switch. 4. When I close the door, it doesn’t align properly with the latch, and I have to lift it slightly to make it fit into the lock. The door has been removed and reinstalled multiple times for DIY work, so the screw holes may have become worn out. As a result, the screws keep loosening with regular use, and the holes may need to be refilled and the door rehung properly.
