The wall power point plate needs to be fixed on the wall and will require paint touch up .

Electrical connections with noggins & batten holders already exist. 4. Install 2x Facade lights on pillars. Electrical connections with batten holders already exist. Please provide your best offers. Since all the connections exist, hoping this will not be treated as a full installation that generally includes ceiling cuts, wiring, electrical points etc.

My Garage door has a gap when it’s closed. There is slight bends that caused the issue

When I close the door, it doesn’t align properly with the latch, and I have to lift it slightly to make it fit into the lock. The door has been removed and reinstalled multiple times for DIY work, so the screw holes may have become worn out. As a result, the screws keep loosening with regular use, and the holes may need to be refilled and the door rehung properly.

I will supply the floating shelf from Bunnings, it just needs to be measured, cut and installed. JOB#3 Install a MIRROR on the wall. 90x170cm (as shown in pic). JOB#4 Assemble and Install a small CHANDELIER (as shown in pic) to replace an existing LED downlight. JOB#5 Assemble a DRESSING TABLE (as shown in pic). JOB#6 Assemble 2 x Standing FLOOR LAMPS (identical as shown in pic). Please quote with details of your offer accordingly. Would suit someone local.
