As stated, I’ve removed a tall wall heater. The remaining cavity is about 1600x400. No painting required. I have some timber lying around for mounting.

So my stupid self put my backside into the wall losing my balance when getting dressed, so need a small area of plaster wall fixed.

Spare toilet area: We replaced our spare toilet and need the plaster wall patched where the water inlet is. We also need two tiles replaced as you can see where the old toilet used to be. This area needs to be re-grouted. Main bathroom: we just need the grouting to be re-done as it is chipping and one tile is getting loose because of it.

Install 3 IKEA curtains. Two in bedrooms and One in the Living. You will need to bring your own tools including a step ladder.

I need an experienced window repairer/handyman to inspect and fix 2 awning window with a winder mechanism that has similar problem. And both of them are on the second floor for a townhouse. The window does not close completely. When winding it shut, the bottom of the window appears to get stuck against the bottom frame instead of seating fully into the closed position. There is no obvious dirt or debris causing the issue. It may be related to: Window sash alignment or sagging Window hinge/stay mechanism binding or needing adjustment Please inspect the window, identify the cause, and repair or adjust it so the window can close and seal properly. Photos are attached showing the window and the area where it appears to catch. Please provide a quote including labour and any likely parts required. Experienced window repairers preferred.

The curtain chain in the second bedroom has snapped. It doesn’t affect functionality but I don’t believe it can be repaired and will have to be replaced.

I'm renting an older house and have an unused fireplace with an open chimney. Cold air is coming in through the front opening and from the top of the chimney. I'm also concerned that possums or other pests could get inside. I'm looking for someone to inspect it and provide a solution to safely cover or seal the fireplace/chimney opening while keeping it neat and visually appealing.
