Hi, I need help fixing my garage door and remote. The motor is quite old and doesn’t have a clear brand label. At the moment, there is no proper connection between the remote and the motor. The remote is not working normally, it only operates the door when I hold the button down, and even then the door just goes up and down incorrectly. Current issues: • Remote not paired with the motor • No normal open/close function • Door only moves while holding the button • Door movement is inconsistent (goes up/down incorrectly) I believe the system needs to be reset and properly reprogrammed, and possibly checked for any motor or receiver issues.
