Two things to fix; 1 - Hole to be patched. Hole was cut in plaster/drywall roof when electrical work was done, but was not patched afterwards. Hole is approx 10cm circle. Located direction above kitchen bench. 2 - Fix a door that won't close. Door is wood frame with glass window. Unsure if hinges can be adjusted or need to be re-done.
