Need an internal door replaced and painted. We can reuse the existing handle and lock (see attached photo). The door itself can be purchased from Bunnings for around $80. I just need someone to fit, paint, and install it. Additionally, there’s a hole in the wall that requires repair (gyprock) – photo attached with measurements.

The screen mesh is too big—it needs to be cut down to size along the edges so it fits properly. The previous tenant damaged it, and now it won’t stay attached securely. Looking for someone to trim and reattach it firmly

Need someone to bring back these metal window frames to looking new again, whatever it is that's on there is stubborn and wouldn't come off with sanding so maybe a chemical clean will be needed, there are 5 frames in total but only the bottoms of the frames need doing where the small window panels are, the rest is good

1 x Kitchen cabinet door came loose of the fixing. Needs repair to the cabinet to hold fixing and secure door. 4 x ikea cabinets require alignment.

A wet leak appeared in my bedroom two days ago. I need it repaired this week as the next the house goes on lease. I'm moving out from my PPoR and renting it. The house is two-store and the room is in the top floor. There's no interior access to the roof or to the space between the ceiling and the roof. You need to access the roof from the outside. We think the leak is coming from the vent pipe just above where the wall stain is. Edit: invoice mandatory
