Minor home maintenance tasks at a 3 bed 1 bath 2 garage home in aberfoyle park: Door handle in toilet needs tightening. Flyscreen in sunroom needs replacing. Gutters near front door and down the side are sagging, need a clean and rehang of some sections. Overflow of gutters happening near full rainwater tank, needs to be diverted when tank is full instead of backing up into the roof gutters. Assemble chin up bar in back yard. Tidy and put away old bbq in back yard. Get rid of old hot water tank in back yard. Remove two small feral gums. I'm happy to hire a rubbish skip if needed. If you get a good price on them, please let me know. Edit: there is only one feral gum, not two.
