Hi there, I’m looking for an experienced carpenter or timber specialist to help with maintenance and repair of exterior timber eaves and panels at my property in Parkinson (29 Poets Place). The timber has become weathered and partially deteriorated due to long-term sun and rain exposure. The previous owner mentioned that the house was originally built using high-quality timber materials, but it now needs professional attention. The maintenance work may include: • Treating the existing wood • Sanding and refinishing • Re-oiling or sealing the surface • Replacing any damaged or rotted sections I’m looking for someone who can come for an on-site inspection, assess the condition, and carry out the necessary work to restore the timber.
