We have a nice oven. Not exactly sure about the make and model. A couple of years ago, we had a cleaner that unscrewed the door to give it a more thorough clean, but now when the door closes, it seems to not seal up 100% and heat escapes.So we're not really interested in the cleaning oven side of things. I'm more interested in realigning the door and perhaps putting a new seal.

I've mentioned the details. Will need to be done after 4pm on weekdays or any time on the weekends.

We inherited a beautiful big fig tree at our new home and need some assistance to professionally trim the tree to a more manageable size so that we can net it for next season. The approximate height and width is 4mx3m in full bloom. We do have a green waste bin but would appreciate if the majority of the waste could be taken away the same day as part of this job. I have about 6 air condition filter in the ceiling that need to be pulled down and cleaned

The hoops are approximately 20 years old and have been in storage for the past 6 months. Some appear unused, however all units require a full inspection before installation and use. Scope of work includes: Full inspection of all 6 hoop systems Structural and safety checks (frames, welds, bolts, fixings) Servicing and adjustment of breakaway rings (springs, hinges, alignment) Lubrication and minor repairs where required Replacement of damaged or degraded padding on support structures Supply and install new compliant padding (or advise if separate supply is required) Brief summary of condition and any recommendations This work is required to ensure all hoops are safe, functional, and suitable for community or competitive basketball use.

Hot water tank is leaky. The wall mounted ones. May need some maintenance.

Several maintenance tasks needed at a small rental unit. Very nice tenants happy to facilitate access at mutually convenient times. 1. paint over stained area on ceiling and cornice from a water leak (leak has been repaired) 2. replace a bathroom door handle (we are happy to purchase recommended replacement, needs a privacy lock) 3. secure a loose ducted evaporative air conditioner vent 4. secure a screen door closer (closer is quite new but was poorly installed and has pulled away from frame very quickly)
