Disconnect pump and unit. Cover spa with timber cover for safety. • Clean gutters and remove growth - double storey • Fix loose hanging light in rumpus room • Re-cork shower base in Ensuite. Scrub walls and re-paint basic white ○ Check light fixture, not working properly ○ Re-cork toilet base if need be • Scrub toilet floors • Bathroom / Toilet paint over floor tiles • Clear weeds in back yard and tidy yard around spa area removing unrequired debris Property report available which includes images upon request.

Scope of Works 1) Bathroom Ceiling - Mould & Peeling Paint - Inspect the bathroom ceiling for areas affected by mould, moisture damage and peeling/loose paint. - Clean and treat all visible mould using appropriate mould treatment products. - Scrape and remove all loose, flaking or damaged paint. - Prepare the affected ceiling areas, including sanding and patching where required. - Apply suitable mould-resistant primer/sealer as required. - Repaint the affected ceiling areas and surrounding sections to provide a clean and uniform finish. 2) Bathroom Exhaust Fan - Inspect the existing bathroom exhaust fan and assess its performance. - The existing fan is not adequately extracting steam and moisture from the bathroom. - Supply and install a suitable higher-capacity exhaust fan, subject to approval, to improve ventilation and moisture extraction. - Test the new exhaust fan to ensure it is operating correctly. 3) Bathroom Light - Inspect the existing bathroom light, including the light fitting and switch, as the current lighting is not providing sufficient brightness. - Identify the cause of the issue and repair or replace the light fitting/globe as required, subject to approval. - Test the lighting after completion. 4) Front Screen Door - Inspect the front screen door and existing frame. - Supply and install replacement mesh where the existing mesh is missing/damaged. - Inspect the door locking mechanism, which is not functioning correctly. - Repair or replace the lock/latching mechanism as required, subject to approval. - Adjust and test the screen door to ensure it opens, closes and locks securely. 5) Completion - Remove work-related debris and leave the work area clean and tidy.

Looking for a handyman in Seacliff Park to help with two small maintenance jobs: • Adjust/realign a glass shower door that isn’t closing properly. It looks like it just needs an adjustment rather than replacement. • Fix a sliding wardrobe door. One of the wheels/rollers isn’t working properly and may need adjusting or replacing. Looking for a licensed aircon tech for a standard service and general maintenance check on our ducted system. Single-storey house, approx. 6 years old, with air conditioning in 6 rooms. The main outdoor unit is a Haier (photo attached) that serves the ducted system in the roof. Wall controllers are Zone Touch – these are all working fine and don’t need attention. We have a nice oven. Not exactly sure about the make and model. A couple of years ago, we had a cleaner that unscrewed the door to give it a more thorough clean, but now when the door closes, it seems to not seal up 100% and heat escapes.So we're not really interested in the cleaning oven side of things. I'm more interested in realigning the door and perhaps putting a new seal.

I've mentioned the details. Will need to be done after 4pm on weekdays or any time on the weekends.

We inherited a beautiful big fig tree at our new home and need some assistance to professionally trim the tree to a more manageable size so that we can net it for next season. The approximate height and width is 4mx3m in full bloom. We do have a green waste bin but would appreciate if the majority of the waste could be taken away the same day as part of this job. The hoops are approximately 20 years old and have been in storage for the past 6 months. Some appear unused, however all units require a full inspection before installation and use.
