Dismantle Built-in Wardrobe, Remove Rubbish & Repair Walls – Officer I’m preparing two bedroom’s for installation of a new wardrobe and need the existing plastered/built-in wardrobe completely removed. The job includes: * Carefully dismantle and remove the existing wardrobe structure. * Remove all plasterboard/plastered sections, shelves, hanging rails, brackets and other fittings. * Repair and patch the walls after the wardrobe is removed, including filling holes, screw/anchor marks and any damaged areas. * Make the walls smooth, level and ready for the new wardrobe installation. * Sand the repaired areas as required. * Touch-up/paint the repaired areas if required so the wall is left in a presentable condition. * Remove and dispose of all wardrobe materials and demolition rubbish. * Clean the area thoroughly and leave the room ready for the new wardrobe installer. * Take care not to damage the existing floor, ceiling or surrounding walls. The attached photos show the current wardrobe and the approximate condition of the area. I have a property in officer which requires blinds. I’ve measured the blinds and ordered them to fit as per each window (9 windows in total) and they’re being delivered at the property today. The property is tenanted however I was wondering whether somebody may be able to give me a hand fitting them. I can help you and be there. The ceiling height is 2.7. The blinds are roller blinds recessed and they just need to be screwed underneath the top of the window cavity. It’s probably about two hours work. Thanks in advance
