There is a 5cm hole (length) in the plaster wall - not too deep (see photo) so should be an easy job but i am not sure how to do it. Please quote your amount as i dont know what an estimate is so just putting $10 as placeholder

I have a property in officer which requires blinds. I’ve measured the blinds and ordered them to fit as per each window (9 windows in total) and they’re being delivered at the property today. The property is tenanted however I was wondering whether somebody may be able to give me a hand fitting them. I can help you and be there. The ceiling height is 2.7. The blinds are roller blinds recessed and they just need to be screwed underneath the top of the window cavity. It’s probably about two hours work. Thanks in advance

I have a new house and need a number of small jobs done. I need: (1) 4x furniture anchored to the wall for child safety, and for the wooden bookshelf the top bit to be secured to the bottom bit as it's currently just sitting on top; (2) piece of wood secured to fence to cover gap between fence and house so my dogs don't try to squeeze through; (3) change/replace lock on garden gate as I don't have a key; (4) fix gap underneath garden gate - concrete around the garden gate where the garden bed is and attach a piece of wood or metal to the gate to make it more flush with the ground as my dogs can currently squeeze through; (5) concrete a small piece of the front garden as a base for mailbox, and attach mailbox.

My front door is starting to pull away from the door by the hinges. After retightening all screws it will pull away after a few days. I also have an internal door that I have attempted to install a Lockwood Privacy lever set. However the privacy nib does not work when installed so looking for someone to install this correctly.
