Find an experienced handyman in Nunawading

Hi, I’m looking for a handyman to help with some plumbing and cabinet modifications in my bathroom, as there currently isn’t a water supply or drainage connection for a washing machine. The work I need includes: 1. Drill holes through the partition Drill suitable holes through the partition so that the electrical cable, washing machine drain hose, hot water pipe and cold water pipe can pass through. Photo showing exactly where the holes are required. 2. Modify the hot and cold water connections(license required?) - Replace the existing hot water valve with a 1-in-2 connection, so it can supply both the sink and the washing machine. - Replace the existing cold water valve with a 1-in-3 connection, so it can supply the sink, the washing machine, and leave one additional outlet available for future use. 3. Modify the waste/drainage pipe(license required?) - Replace the existing waste pipe/strap so that the washing machine drainage can also be connected. - I would like to use a strap with two additional waste outlets, so there is an extra connection available. Modify the bottom of the cabinet - Remove the timber panel at the bottom of the cabinet. - I would like the bottom of the cabinet to be completely level/flush with the floor. Nordic track s45i treadmill. Power connected but screen blacked out and won’t turn on. Tried reset technique but still not working. Also tried tightening track belt.

We have two internal doors that struggle to close so they need to be sanded. 1. Unhinge two doors 2. Sand bottom of doors 3. Rehinge doors Both internal doors need to shut properly.

Replace one internal door on hinges and one sliding barn-style door. Replace handles, latch and lock. Replacement doors are already bought, but will need to be cut for latch, lock, handles and hinges.

Rate is per hour. Will pay above that for materials. A couple of tasks to be completed: - Sheet some walls with yellow tongue. - close an opening by hanging a door - installing new digital door locks on timber doors.

Plumber to investigate kitchen sink and tap

Remove existing handrail from wall (see photos). Replace with new handrail (provided - PEAK 1800mm Black Aluminium Balustrade Modular Handrail Kit x2). The handrail length will need to be approximately 3400mm long. Will need to cut one of the 1800mm handrail down and join them using the splice connector provided. Must be installed into studs.

Fix this have paint and primer, unsure if paint is the right one can provide details

Looking to replace the awning

2 sets of wooden venetian blinds need to be replaced. Unsure of size at present, but pretty standard window sizes.
