Hello, I am seeking a general handy person for some small tasks. I am requesting that you have all of the items needed to get the jobs done. (1) I have some pavers at the front of the house that are coming off and need to be reattached. There are about four cement pavers that need to be secured. (2) I have water leaking from the shower due to an issue with the seal at the base of the shower door. Water leaks from door and onto the floor. (3) I have 8 paintings/pictures that need hangings. one of the paintings needs an extra strength and one other that needs a double hook but the rest are normal picture hangings.

Steel line garage door wont open. Tried doing reset and still couldnt figure out. It might just be very very simple as interet says. May be but im not doing it correctly. Might be 5 minute job for someone who knows the system.

I need a kitchen hutch affixed in my garage workshop to brick wall. The hutch will be awkward for one person to attach unless some sort of prop or scaffold is used. I currently have a shelf on top of sewing table which could be affixed first and the hutch placed on to help. However this may still require another set of hands to lift it. Happy to discuss.
