The door closer on the entry door to the property became jammed, and the tenant removed the screws in order to close the door. The closer is now hanging and requires assessment. I'm looking to have the unit inspected, determine whether it can be reinstalled/fixed or if replacement is necessary, and complete the required work. Please bring tools.
