Find an experienced handyman in North Perth

Hi, I’m looking for someone to install my sign. They are sign letters that need to be fixed to a backboard and then installed o to the front of a building. Also two more external lights need to be installed also.

I’m looking for a handyman/all-rounder with immediate availability to help finalise several small tasks in a renovation project. Jobs include hanging a door, installing wall panels, some timber cutting, and paint sealing. These are simple but varied tasks that I don’t have time to complete myself. Ideally, you must be free to start right away, as everything should be finished within a few days to a week at most. Thank you.

Carefully remove nails, screws and fixings from the brick walls and window frames in a 1 bedroom apartment. You will need to have experience doing this task as cracking bricks is not preferable. You’ll need a drill, hammer, screw drivers and a dustpan and broom. I have a 3 step step ladder but if I’d have a medium height ladder this will help. It’s actually an easy job, just needs a little care. Should take 1 hour tops, if that. It is to prepare for the painter to do their base coat. The job is easy but I’d like it done with care. The photos are just a few of the spots that have these fixtures. They are sporadically around the apartment.

Bi-folding wardrobe dors are detached from the frame in the hinges area, and removed from their position. Hinges and sliding elements need replacement and doors to be installed back in place.

Install a basketball hoop above our garage door. The back board is plastic so quite light-weight. You will need your own ladder - *not* an A-frame ladder as there is a slope (so picture). a sliding door in my unit requires the flyscreen to be replaced. please remove and put into the rubbish bins at the front of the complex. Also tighten towel rail its lose. please reinstall and buy the mesh from bunnings. will need to be measured.

Tin roof needs the flashing secured, need a drill and ladder. Probably no more than 12-16 Tech screws if that, and one small latch. It’s on the roof not in the roof. Estimate no more than an hours work, close to city so could do the job on way home. The roof is on a garage and isn’t that high off the ground. Thank you no pics
