WIR - ceiling has a hole needs to be patched and painted. Garage patch on ceiling not painted. Bedroom 2 - top of door only under-coated. Bathroom door not sealed top and bottom as per wet area standards. Bed 4 - Door frame paint has been stripped away to bare frame. Needs to be repainted Bed 3 and 4 - doorframe joins only undercoated. Kitchen - one undercoat painting near alfresco door, pain cornice cracking and visible painting patched on cornice near scullery. Laundry Door - grooves have not been painted both sides. - Due date: Flexible
