The issue might involve several areas, such as: • Removing and refitting the mirror sliding door • Removing and refitting the side frame of the sliding door • Reinstating or replacing the rubber seal • Reinstating or adjusting the door frame • Reinstalling and aligning the sliding door properly What needs to be done: • Inspect the source of the gap • Determine which of the above steps are necessary • Fix alignment so the door sits evenly and the rubber seal fits snugly • Ensure the door slides smoothly and closes without gaps Details: • Standard bedroom mirror sliding wardrobe door • Gap is between the mirror and the rubber seal on one side • Please bring tools suitable for adjustment, refitting, and sealing work Looking for someone experienced in wardrobe or sliding door repairs who can carefully identify the cause and fix the problem neatly. Matter 2: small wall chip repair Also a small wall chip near the hallway corner. It looks like there might be a bit of metal showing through, which could be patched and painted at the same time.

It's a side garage door and the old hinges came away from the wooden support around the door. We'll need to get both hinges replaced and reasonably solid. Sorry I don't have a photo of how the old hinges are attached to the door!

My parents bathroom vanity unit is quite old and broken. Need someone who can dismantle it, and install the new one provided. With the sink and tap plumbed up. We have a new vanity unit in box, and a new tap as well. We don't have any tools however. We will dispose of the old unit ourselves - no need to take it away for us, but as we lack the tools and experience, we do need you to dismantle it for us.
