Back Door – Hinge Plate Supply and install the required screws to securely reattach the wooden hinge plate to the back door and ensure the door operates correctly. 3. Dining Room – Cornice Reattachment Reattach the existing cornice section in the dining room using suitable fixing/adhesive materials. The cornice is already available on site. 4. Lounge Room – Loose Cornice Re-glue and securely reattach the loose cornice section in the lounge room, ensuring a neat and secure finish. 5. Kitchen – Blind Mechanism Supply and install a new blind mechanism/attachment to the kitchen blind to restore proper operation and allow the tenant to use the blind safely. All works to include necessary labour, standard materials, installation, and site clean-up upon completion.

I have already removed the rail, but the old anchors are still in the wall. ​Requirements: ● ​Remove two old metal wall anchors. ​Cut back the bulging plaster, fill, and sand flush. ● ​Paint the patched area. ● ​Securely reinstall the towel rail using heavy-duty anchors (e.g., hollow wall anchors or toggles) so it doesn’t pull out again. ​Location: Angle Vale.
