Need a handyman to fix some household issues such as 1. few window locks 2. bathroom exhaust fan replacement 3. sliding door lock, wardrobe door has come off its tracks and the curtain hooks 4. ceiling vent has cover put in place. 5. gutter cleaning. 6. Some wall cracks. Need a reliable handyman help to fix these issues.

Put together an Easyshed straight from the box, double door, 3m wide, 2.27m deep, 2.35m gable roof. I do work shiftwork so would need to arrange a mutually suitable day for the work to occur.

Need a blind installed. Have blind, just need step ladder etc. window is quite large

We have various points (3) of wood rot around the house from a previous roof leak. It seems like a full replacement is needed out the front of the house and potentially just a patch out the back. We also have some old pergola beam supports that need removing, patching and painting.

There are seven windows of varying sizes that need the screen mesh replaced, some may need the entire frame replaced as well

My parents bathroom vanity unit is quite old and broken. Need someone who can dismantle it, and install the new one provided. With the sink and tap plumbed up. We have a new vanity unit in box, and a new tap as well. We don't have any tools however. We will dispose of the old unit ourselves - no need to take it away for us, but as we lack the tools and experience, we do need you to dismantle it for us.
