Find an experienced handyman in Mount Lawley

I need an experienced handyman to complete the below tasks at our house. Must have prior experience and be able to complete these tasks properly. - climb on roof and clean out small skylight with cordless vacuum - use an electric sander to trim back a wooden window that has swollen and won’t close. Once sanded back so it shuts properly again it will need to be repainted white. — high pressure clean back deck area and then recoat it with a decking oil - use boncrete to fill in some patches on outside wall and repaint it - use a chemical to remove bore water stains from aggregate driveway and front fence. One area of the front fence may need to be repainted if bore water stains cannot be removed - Internal small wall area near laundry is water damaged and needs to be sanded back and re painted. - Small area in kitchen needs a patch repainted (very small) - wooden storage box on decking that’s falling apart needs to be dismantled and put in a skip bin - a few spare old bricks and tiles from shed and backyard need to be put into a skip bin All paints and chemicals and high pressure cleaner will be provided however we don’t have an electric sander. This will take someone who is experienced and knows what they’re doing. Estimated to take about 2 days but may be easier if the chosen person comes to have a look themselves and discuss. Thanks :)
