We have bought 3 ceiling fans with lights to replace the existing fans. The new fans that we have bought are the DC type and the old fans are AC.

I just had my floors done and the flooring people have removed some doors. I need a bit planed off each and the doors reattached. One is a cavity slider which hasn’t been removed as yet

I’m looking for an experienced carpenter/handyman to design and build 3 small custom outdoor sheds in Mount Coolum, QLD. These aren’t standard flatpack sheds. I’m after something more solid and long-lasting. They could be timber-framed and clad in blueboard or Colorbond, whatever is cost-effective but still looks neat and will last (not the cheap plastic sheds that break after a couple of years). Shed Details: Bike Shed: Approx. 1.9m depth × 3m length × 2.45m high Needs a sliding-style access door (not hinged) Pool Pump Shed: Approx. 2.8m length × 0.94m depth × 1.8m high Needs sliding door access on both sides: Pump side (~1.8m wide) Opposite side (~1m wide) for shelving Aircon Unit Cover Shed: Approx. 1.8m length × 0.52m depth × 1.6m high Must have slats for airflow (to allow the unit to run safely) Shelf to be built in on the right side What I’d like know: Quote including labour + materials (or labour only if you prefer) Breakdown of estimated timeframe per shed Suggestions on materials (blueboard, Colorbond, or other) for best balance of durability and cost Advice on sliding door options to keep it practical and tidy

I need to replace the mesh on eight (8) flyscreens on the 2.5th storey. The frames are fine, and I'm happy to supply mesh and spline. They are an average window size. They are pretty high, so you must have a solid sense of height. In addition, I need the foam seal on a verandah reinserted - it's come out and now leaks.

Build a flyscreen to fit window as per pics

Acrylic render wall so the gap is filled in and to hide inconsistencies. Electrical pipe on top will be removed so gaps will need to be filled in. Open to offers.

Looking for someone to give me advice and fix a few things around the house: - bathroom sink draining slowly, - low water pressure in showers, - ceiling fans not fast enough, - water getting onto bathroom floor while showering. Initial price is to visit and provide advice. Further work and payment can be negotiated to do what needs to be done.

Roof requires a clean, membrane application and paint of whole roof of two storey home to make waterproof. Believe the roof is made of fibro sheeting but not tested. Quite a few leaks in upstairs ceiling. - Due date: Flexible
