Floor installers had to remove the original tracks for the wardrobe doors (they were stuck to carpet). Now need new ones installed. Bottom track only. 2 x wardrobes Both are 165cm wide (where track goes)

I need to replace the mesh on eight (8) flyscreens on the 2.5th storey. The frames are fine, and I'm happy to supply mesh and spline. They are an average window size. They are pretty high, so you must have a solid sense of height. In addition, I need the foam seal on a verandah reinserted - it's come out and now leaks.

Build a flyscreen to fit window as per pics

Acrylic render wall so the gap is filled in and to hide inconsistencies. Electrical pipe on top will be removed so gaps will need to be filled in. Open to offers.

Looking for someone to give me advice and fix a few things around the house: - bathroom sink draining slowly, - low water pressure in showers, - ceiling fans not fast enough, - water getting onto bathroom floor while showering.
