I have a few handyman jobs that need to be completed. Change tap to allow for install of the attached fitting. Fix doors - hinges are coming out Repair floor Lino (has a worn out area needs patching) Offering has a per hour rate of $50 but I think maybe a few hours work. Not really sure would love some feedback.

Single large tile lifted in bathroom, will need to be taken up and re-grouted.

I removed an old security system and this left 8 residual holes on the weatherboard of the home as well as under the overhang of the roof. Require patching and concealing. Some of these holes are at height (see pictures)

Need some cornice fitted to a bedroom. I have completed the plastering and painting see pictures) Room size is 5.6m by 3.3m so total length to fit is approximately 19meters. I have 9cm cornice in 5.4m lengths so some joining required. I can assist with lifting and holding into place. Work would need to be done after 3pm on weekdays or at the weekend. It will be easier if you supply the adhesive/cement that you prefer working with and any nails etc to hold in place. - Due date: Flexible
