A previous Handyman has set up a spreader from a second story downpipe leading to a single story roof with the spreader/pipe discharging under the flashing as shown. Need to extend the spreader away from the flashing and onto the roof.

Looking for a reliable handyman/carpenter to complete the following small jobs at my property: Fence repair: Re-fix one timber fence panel that has come away from the supporting post. Panel is still on site. Needs to be secured properly and aligned. External quad trim repair: Replace and install external quad moulding on soffit/eaves area where existing trim is damaged/missing (see photos). Must be suitable for outdoor use and weather-resistant. Door trim painting: Repair and repaint one door trim section where paint has chipped and timber is exposed. Prep, fill if needed, undercoat and paint.
