We have just moved into a new home where storage is limited, and most of the bedrooms do not have curtains/blinds. We are looking at getting some shelving installed in the kitchen, garage and laundry for additional storage. We also have a pots and pans hanger we need hung from the ceiling. The wall and ceiling in the kitchen and laundry is gyprock, the garage is brick. Garage shelves will be 400cm x 50-65cm approx (2 shelves total, one on each wall). May need to cut a small semi circle along the wood to cater for Additional garage shelf on back wall will be 180cm x 30cm Laundry and kitchen shelves will be 100cm x 30-40cm approx Four windows requiring curtains are about 190x190. One of them already has the rack installed Lounge room window requiring curtains is about 250x200. It already has the rack installed Two windows requiring curtains are 190x70, though they already have the curtain rack installed, they just need replacement curtains We haven't yet decided if we will purchase the curtains, racking and shelves ourselves or if it's better getting someone to supply. It depends on cost and look. This is our first home so we are really keen to get it right! we have a lot of kitchen stuff that unfortunately there is not currently enough storage for.
