We have a sliding door system with three panels, two of which move on parallel tracks. The rollers on the shower doors do not fit properly and frequently come off the tracks. About the home: - Its front is 3 stories high - Its back is 2 stories high - Approx 35-45 degrees roof - The roof's total area is about 160 square meters - Terracotta Tiled roof - There are no observable leaks - Attached are a few photos FYI Work needed: - Whole roof Hhigh-pressure clean, and remove moss and algae - Whole roof fix bedding and pointing - Fix/replace damaged/broken/loose/misplaced tiles where necessary. I don't have spare tiles so I need them to be provided in this case. Optional work: - Reinstate leaf guard where deemed necessary. - Clean out all gutters around the house where deemed necessary - Unblock downpipes around the house where deemed necessary What I expect from you: - You have valid licence and insurance - I need a specific quote including: - scope of work - cost - warranty period - The roof should still look consistent after the work done: - The mortar mix and whatever materials used for the repointing should match the existing roof colour - If new tiles are provided, they should be the same as the existing ones - Complete the Job on a sunny day - Don't damage existing tiles, TV antenna, walls, windows etc - There should be no leak after the work done Misc: I am at home most of the time and am flexible for appointments Thanks very much.
