Clothes rod has detached from the underside of the wooden shelf in the closet. The brackets need to be replaced with new brackets which are securely reattached using new screws into solid backing (not just plaster). If the existing board is too damaged to hold screws, the rod should instead be reinstalled using new brackets fixed directly into the wall or studs. Please ensure the fix is strong enough to support a full load of hanging clothes.

The current gap open at 410mm so I can not upgrade the drawer slide to soft closing due to I need to narrow the drawer to allow thicker tracking system. Can you build new kitchen drawer to be narrower, re-use drawer face and install soft closing track. You can quote to do one drawer. If works, I have another 7 x drawer for you. Drawer slides from Bunnings warehouse Goliath Soft Close Drawer Slide Pair - 450mm is 45 mm per side. Total space taken by slides = 45 × 2 = 90 mm Drawer outer width required = 410 − 90 = 320 mm So the drawer box should be 320 mm wide (external width). Practical note: 
Most installers will reduce this by another 2–3 mm total for smooth operation, so a real‑world target is often around 317–318 mm. The answer was provided by me but I need comment from experienced installer as I never build a drawer myself before . Also if you choose different brand of the drawer slide the width will be different as well.

repair gyprock ceiling damaged from previous water leak in the roof

The bathroom exhaust fan has detached and fallen from the ceiling, resulting in damage to the gyprock. Repairs to the ceiling are required, along with the proper reinstallation of the exhaust fan.

I need my flat shelf screwed into the wall of my bathroom.

We have a sliding door system with three panels, two of which move on parallel tracks. The rollers on the shower doors do not fit properly and frequently come off the tracks. Install door lock on a door that doesnt have one. I will supply the door lock (from bunnings) and door striker. Someone who is experienced please in these.
