Need someone to sand down all the window frames and door frames for painting . Just sanding . Don’t need any other prep . Just sanding Should only be a days work . Few door frames have been replaced and prob 10 door frames and 8 windows

We performed a descale on our machine and now it won’t get to temperature. It also feels extremely hot to touch. Have run the hot water and steam lever not worked. Breville Dual Boiler BES920. After descaling, the machine will not complete heat-up. It stalls around 60–75°C with flashing power and temperature lights. Brew boiler heats, steam boiler does not refill. Hot water flows normally. Very likely steam-boiler auto-fill solenoid stuck closed (common post-descale issue). Tried to take off top piece to fix but now stuck Please help tired parents in need of coffee for Christmas

Dual 900mm towel rack in ensuite shower needing to be reattached to wall, grub screw appears to not be moving. Possibly need a new one on inspection and will pay for the materials if required. Also, reattach gate latch with required screws (I don't have these)

Handyman Job Request – Fascia/Gutter Repair There are some small rusted spots and holes along the top edge of the fascia/gutter (as shown in the photos). I need these holes patched or sealed to stop water from leaking through and to make sure the water flows properly when it rains. Please check the area, clean it, treat any rust, and seal the holes, then repaint if needed. A ladder will be required.

An old awning needs to go. I don't have the tool nor ladder, plus the ground is on a slight decline so would need someone confident on stabilising during removal. I need the awning taken away too please

We have bought new internal doors and need help with the installation as we are time poor. Doors haven’t been painted however would be happy for someone to install ASAP and we can worry about the painting later. We have hinges and door handles ready to go. We would like to change the swing direction of the master bedroom, so the door jamb will need moving as well.
