Looking for someone to fix a clogged kitchen sink. The sink has a food waste disposal/grinder unit, and it’s currently blocked and not draining properly. Need someone experienced with plumbing/waste disposal units to inspect it, clear the blockage and make sure everything is working properly again. Ideally looking to have this done ASAP. I want to add a dishwasher and a washing machine to my kitchen. Under my kitchen sink I have one hot water valve and one cold water valve. They currently feed a single sink mixer tap through braided hoses. There’s one plastic trap connected to a single waste pipe, which also serves as the sink’s drain. I’m after a compliant, low disruption solution rather than a full replumb. Ideally, a setup where I can isolate one appliance (say, to service the dishwasher) without shutting off water to the whole kitchen.

Need kitchen sink, gas cooktop and tap disconnected for kitchen demolition and complete removal. Need them all completely removed to within wall cavity. Please note that gas has been fully disconnected from the property, so there is actually no gas running to the cooktop. It just needs to be removed to any point within the wall.

- The main door was blown shut by the wind and now it's hard to open and close. I think the force may have thrown the door slightly out of alignment. - The kitchen sink faucet is loose, I think it just needs some tools to tighten it up. We would like to replace the tap for the kitchen sink as the existing one is spraying. The hot water connection to the tap also appears to have a small leak which we presume would be repaired when a new tap is installed.
