Need kitchen sink, gas cooktop and tap disconnected for kitchen demolition and complete removal. Need them all completely removed to within wall cavity. Please note that gas has been fully disconnected from the property, so there is actually no gas running to the cooktop. It just needs to be removed to any point within the wall.

- The main door was blown shut by the wind and now it's hard to open and close. I think the force may have thrown the door slightly out of alignment. - The kitchen sink faucet is loose, I think it just needs some tools to tighten it up. New mixer tap installed in kitchen sink is leaking at isolation valve which has been replaced and still leaking.

We would like to replace the tap for the kitchen sink as the existing one is spraying. The hot water connection to the tap also appears to have a small leak which we presume would be repaired when a new tap is installed.

Hi All, Got a crack in the pipe/connecter under kitchen sink. Should be a pretty straightforward job - needs to be done between 10am and 2pm this Sunday.

Undo both flexible waste connections by hand, undo clips from underneath kitchen sink. Remove kitchen sink out of position. Using reciprocating saw or jigsaw section of cupboard out underneath where mixer tap is. Once removed, reinstall kitchen sink and test for any leaks.
