Looking for someone experienced with timber restoration/carpentry to repair the wooden benchtop surrounding a stainless-steel sink. As shown in the photos, there are significant black marks/staining in the timber, particularly along the back of the sink against the brick wall and around the sides. I’m looking for someone to: * Inspect the timber and determine whether the black areas are mould, water staining or timber deterioration. * Check whether the timber is still solid and repairable. * Clean/treat the affected areas appropriately. * Sand back the damaged/stained timber where required. * Restore the timber as much as reasonably possible. * Apply a durable waterproof/sealing finish suitable for an area that regularly gets wet. * Properly seal the back edge/junction between the timber and brick wall to help prevent the issue returning.

Looking to fully replace the air admittance valve (AAV) under my kitchen sink. The existing unit is a McAlpine AAV and is making a very loud rattling/chattering noise. I would like the existing valve removed and replaced with a new, good-quality, WaterMark-approved AAV suitable for the current pipework. Kitchen sink requires tightening. It’s loose, I don’t have tools. I also have a flat roof with a box gutter would like all leaves and blockages removed.

There is a leak in kitchen sink pipes, that appears to be from basket strainer as first line of the leak. The leak appears to occur when there is a build of water in the sink and is not leaking when a normal tap stream is just draining. There are dual sinks and leak happened out of 1 basket strainer but both had filled up. Wanting to get leak fixed.

I want to add a dishwasher and a washing machine to my kitchen. Under my kitchen sink I have one hot water valve and one cold water valve. They currently feed a single sink mixer tap through braided hoses. There’s one plastic trap connected to a single waste pipe, which also serves as the sink’s drain. I’m after a compliant, low disruption solution rather than a full replumb. Ideally, a setup where I can isolate one appliance (say, to service the dishwasher) without shutting off water to the whole kitchen.

My kitchen sink is making a 'glugging' noise when water runs down it, but particularly when the dishwasher is running. I've put some unblocker down but I think it needs a plumber to come and have a look at the pipes.

New mixer tap installed in kitchen sink is leaking at isolation valve which has been replaced and still leaking.

We would like to replace the tap for the kitchen sink as the existing one is spraying. The hot water connection to the tap also appears to have a small leak which we presume would be repaired when a new tap is installed.
