Cleans up afterwards - and is very pleasant to deal with and talk with during his activity. Little surprises that make the job more difficult does not frustrate him - he is just a damn good aussie tradie that enjoys doing his job. I have no hesitation in recommending him - and 5 stars are just not enough. Certainly would use him again should a need arise. He fixed my sliding glass door back into alignment after what I would consider a difficult job - and he did it with ease!

One-storey house, requires some maintenance. 1. Filling around windows/doorframes, where there are excessive gaps between frames and brickwork. 2. Sealant - around architraves and skirting and doors, probably a run of silicon in many areas including all around showers, shower base, especially round the skirtings in the toilets, across bench tops, vanities, vanity tops, tile splashbacks, around sink and tiles. 3. Re-Painting - the sill of the laundry door and the sill of the dining room sliding door. The architrave and window frame around the laundry trough, and the architrave and window frame at the kitchen need to be painted in a high-gloss paint. If you wanna choose 1 or 2 of the items, maybe you specialize in an area, let me know. Availability - weekends. -
