An existing 88 square metre home on a sloping bush block. Access under the house is good, from standing room at the rear, sloping up to a crawl space at the front. Being a bush block, the sloping ground is fairly uneven. Underfloor insulation has been supplied (21 x 8 pack bags of Bradford Optimo - 1160 x 425). I have just finished painting 7 new internal doors. I need 6 standard bedroom doors hinged, shaved /planed to fit , door handle holes cut, brand new door handles installed ( I already have handles) and then the doors mounted/installed into each room. I also have one bifold door which requires all of the above and then installed into linen cupboard. Please quote only if you are very confident with this type of installation. Small Bathroom ceiling needs to be plastered after bathroom was tiled. I have had advice to plaster over existing plaster instead of removing all the old plaster. The architrave had been removed to tile , hence there is a small space between tile & ceiling 🙁

We require the construction of a 2m tall by 5m wide brick wall. The wall is to be a 'folly' that looks like it is the remains of a previous building, with centrally located fireplace. Similar to the attached image, but without pizza oven and with fireplace located in centre of wall. We are looking for an experienced bricklayer who can create a professional standard finish, at the same time as creating a sense of antiquity for the structure. We will use recycled 'old red' style bricks. The timing for the task is flexible. The wall will run along the line of pots in attached photo.

We have a basement area with drywall. The area behind the wall has old wood (possibly plywood) with a little rubble. The house is built on a slope and there is brick work on other sides of the area. The area is susceptible to damp with high humidity and we want to remove the wood and rubble to avoid mould problems. There is a ventilation section in the wall but the hole is not big enough to remove rubble so we want to make a larger hole, remove rubble and then reseal the area with a similar dry wall and ventilation section. The wall is 210 cm height by 150 cm width. The open part of the wall – the part that does not have bricks behind - is 80 cm height by 55 cm width. I can send photos I need someone to remove wood / rubble. I assume this requires making a larger hole in the wall. 2. reseal wall with damp proof drywall and ventilation.

Waterproof a deck that is failing

Vinyl floor needs installing to bathroom, nothing fancy just needs to be water tight, no underlay, 7 ft x 10 ft approx. Cast iron bath needs to be jacked up, strong son on hand if muscle required. I have the vinyl. Also dripping tap needs new washer. See pics needs completing as soon as you can please
