Need someone experienced with all odd jobs, replace door knobs, sand back skirting boards, hang curtain rails, replace drain down pipes, etc.

This may be a job over two visits 1. Painting (will need ladder) 2. Fix door frame & door closing issue 3. Remove hard rubbish take to tip Please put up your hourly ongoing rate. First day preferred to start tomorrow Thursday 5th June.

Looking to replace the shift cables and hoods and change the bar tape on a mechanical shifting giant defy (internal cable routing). I have the cables, bar tape and hoods.

Paint the front of small ground level unit, will need ladder, painting job started but ran out of time. Deadline for later this week. A couple of maintenance jobs. Would suit someone who is experienced with home maintenance jobs.

1) Attach a fold down desk to lounge room wall.(The internals of the wall can be seen in the attached picture on the left. Lookokg to fix the following: KITCHEN- Cracks to the ceiling DINING ROOM- Light switch has a loose switch and requires replacement hairline cracks to the ceiling Sliding door very hard to lock/ close, does not line up properly, might just need to be adjusted Multiple blind panels missing from vertical over sliding door LAUNDRY- Exit door is very hard to open and close, difficult to lock as the panel has come away from the door - needs to be secured or replaced. BEDROOM 1- Maintenance- The robe doors cannot be slid across, I tried to put them back online with no luck- needs to be attended too l.

We need to have a door handle replaced and some container holders drilled to the wall. See photos

Hanging prints onto the wall, and bookshelves attached to the wall, rails to be screwed to the wall. Door handles need to be replaced

Pergola attaches to a privacy screen, and fence, screen needs replacing, fence needs maintenance and a couple of beams on pergola need replacing.

Property address is : 8 Williams Street Whyalla Below issues needs to be fixed ) Tree adjacent to the property is pushing into walls, has blocked the gutters so needs to be removed as it is impacting the structure of the building and creating the issue for the roof and box gutters as well. 2) Roof and box gutters are not maintained. It should be properly cleaned of debris and if there is significant damage then replaced. 3) Roof and flashings need to be sealed up as water is swooping into the ceiling and walls causing further damage to the building. 4) There are no smoke detectors found in the building. Please provide any details of the working smoke detector or new smoke detectors should be installed. 5) Ceiling in both shops is sagging and is a safety hazard so needs to be repaired immediately.
