Adjust and secure so it closes properly. Windows are due for future strata replacement. 2. Kitchen switchboard. Loose. Secure or replace if unsafe. 3. Lower bathroom tap. Repair or replace if required. 4. Lower toilet seat. Tighten or replace hinges if required. 5. Upper bathroom lock. Repair or replace. 6. Bedroom 2 cupboard handles. Replace both handles to match. 7. Kitchen exhaust light. Replace globe. 8. Bathroom curtain rod. Replace and ensure clean professional finish. 9. Kitchen skirting board section approx. 1.5 m. Refix and secure. 10. Shower recess. Remove deteriorated silicone. Treat and remove mould. Re apply silicone neatly. Inspect grout condition and advise if regrouting required. 11. Back door. Door is sticking and difficult to open or close. Likely swelling or alignment issue. Adjust hinges or plane door as required to ensure smooth operation. 12. Main bedroom Screen door. Door is screeching and very noisy. Service the door so it operates smoothly and quietly. Important: Must have experience in bathroom resealing and door hardware repairs.

Hey! I’m looking for someone to help me fix 3 brackets into the wall to hang my curtain rail. I started drilling holes, but can’t get further into the wall than like an inch. I suspect there’s a lentil (steel beam of sorts; not sure if I’m using the correct term but I hope you know what I mean). I’ve tried a metal drill bit but no luck. If anyone also has any suggestions, please let me know in the comments. But I am now sick of this job and ready to throw in the towel 🙃
