Looking for a licensed electrician to remove an outdoor ceiling fan from my verandah/pergola. The verandah is currently being dismantled, so I need the ceiling fan removed and the electrical wiring safely disconnected/terminated so the remaining frame can be removed. Would ideally like this done as soon as possible.

Looking to get a quote only at this stage for repairing a section of my garage ceiling above the roller door. The ceiling has dropped/sagged and is now making the garage door difficult to open.
