The vertical blind track needs Repair as I’m unable to open and close the individual Blinds

I have the globes already, I just don't have a ladder tall enough. Supply your own ladder (double sided or A frame 10-12 foot should do it) or suitable work platform, swap out approx 45 globes (2 pin G4) that's it, it's less than 15 mins of work.
